1. Shipping Zones and Coverage

We offer shipping services throughout Pakistan, covering all major metropolitan areas and serving remote regions via our extensive network of reputable courier services.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order details immediately after placing the order.

  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment's journey.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Calculation: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are calculated at checkout based on the total package weight, dimensions, and the final delivery destination.

  • Free Shipping: Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly stated on the website and applied automatically at checkout if your order meets the specified criteria.

5. Payment Methods and Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Online Payments: Secure payments via credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and other digital payment gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD for most deliveries within Pakistan.

    • COD Limit: For security reasons and to minimize operational costs, COD may be restricted or unavailable for certain high-value products or shipments to remote locations. Any COD restrictions will be displayed at checkout.

    • Verification: Orders placed with COD may be subject to a verification call from our team before dispatch.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track it in real-time using the Tracking Number provided in your dispatch confirmation email/SMS. If you encounter any issues tracking your order, please contact our support team immediately.

7. Delivery Issues and Risk of Loss

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct and complete shipping address is provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the courier but are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.
