Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the DotTech website ("Site") or purchasing any products from us. By accessing or using any part of the Site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The content, design, logo, product imagery, and all materials on the DotTech Site, including the brand name "DotTech," are the property of DotTech and are protected by international copyright laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of the service or content without express written permission from us.

3. Products and Service

3.1 Product Curation and Description: We emphasize precision and quality curation. While we strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The actual appearance and colours of products may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

3.2 Pricing and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Order Acceptance

4.1 Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

4.2 Payment Security: All transactions are processed through secure gateway providers, and we do not store your credit card information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5.2 Shipping Timeframes: While we provide estimated shipping and delivery times, these are not guaranteed and are subject to unforeseen delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our policy on returns and refunds is governed by our separate Returns Policy (which is explicitly referenced here). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Returns Policy as well. Products must be returned in compliance with the conditions outlined in that separate policy.

7. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If, at our request or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or to pay compensation for any comments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dot Tech shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
